Tracking shoe mileage

Tracking the miles you put on your shoes is super important because when you have too many miles on your shoes, you risk injury.

I change out my running shoes approximately every 400-500 miles, and I have found that the easiest way to track my shoe mileage is with a Google Spreadsheet. This also helps me remember when I purchased the shoes.

I would suggest this technique to anyone, but especially those who alternate training shoes.
