Google forgot National Pancake Day

You know where to find me on March 3, 2015. I’ll be at IHOP chowing down on a short stack or two—or a short stack and a side of bacon, eggs and toast—in celebration of National Pancake Day.

And even though Google seems to be confused on the exact date, I won’t forget it.

National Pancake Day

My brother and I went to IHOP last year (where has the time gone?) for National Pancake Day, and boy, did we ever have a brenner feast! This year, I hope my wife will join me at one of the many locations in our area.

Breakfast is absolutely my favorite meal of the day. I get really excited about doughnuts and coffee especially. (Follow me on Instagram and you’ll understand.)

My mouth is already watering for an IHOP golden brown short stack. They certainly don’t have the best pancakes in Chicago, but free is an impossible price to beat and it’s all for a good cause. Children’s Miracle Network is the ultimate winner on National Pancake Day. This year, IHOP hopes to raise 3.5 million dollars to support their work.
